First DOI exhibition at the Oude Beurs in Antwerp

Fizz, group exhibition @ Oude Beurs, Antwerp

The works shown here tonight are fragments of a visual dialogue Alina and Ine began this year in April. Alina took the first photograph starting from a circle, a logo found in De Witte Raaf. She sent it to Ine and four days later, Ine sent her own work, as a reaction to the one received from Alina. We have kept this deadline of 4 days ever since. Thus, every work shown is based formally or content wise on the previous one.

We chose different media to express our ideas. As in any conversation, you can continue or repeat what your interlocutor has said, interrupt it abruptly or make a joke. We did the same using visual means.
